Revolution offers a Flexible Payments Program for new residents. Under this program, you choose the day of the month your rent is due, and you can even split your rent into two or three equal payments. There is a small rent increase and a monthly admin fee to be enrolled, but many residents find it worthwhile if their paychecks come at odd times of the month, or if smaller payments throughout the month are easier to manage than one large payment on the 1st.
How the Program Works
When you enroll, you pick one of two options:
- Move your due date. Pay your rent in one payment on the 3rd, 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, or 25th of the month.
- Split your rent. Pay your rent in two or three equal payments spread throughout the month.
Your monthly rent increases by a set percentage, and you pay a monthly program admin fee. Both depend on the schedule you choose. The more payments you split your rent into, and the later in the month those payments fall, the higher the increase.

Tip: Only choose as much flexibility as you actually need. One payment on the 3rd adds just 1% to your rent, while three payments with the last one on the 25th can add as much as 20%.
Example
Say your lease rent is $1,500 per month.
- One payment on the 3rd: Rent increases 1% to $1,515, plus a $25 admin fee, for a total of $1,540 per month.
- Two payments on the 1st & 15th: Rent increases 5% to $1,575, paid as two payments of $787.50, plus a $30 admin fee due on the 1st. Total: $1,605 per month.
- Three payments on the 15th, 20th & 25th: Rent increases 20% to $1,800, paid as three payments of $600, plus a $45 admin fee due on the 15th. Total: $1,845 per month.
Program Terms
By enrolling, you agree to the following:
- The monthly admin fee is due on the same day as your first rent payment of the month.
- The program takes effect beginning with next month's rent.
- Enrollment lasts for your current lease term only. When you sign a lease renewal, you will need to re-enroll to keep your payment schedule. Don't worry, we'll remind you when it's time.
- The person submitting the form agrees to the rent increase and admin fee on behalf of everyone named on the lease.
How to Enroll
- Go to the Flexible Payments Request form.
- Enter your name, email address, and the address of your rental property.
- Check the boxes to agree to the monthly admin fee and to confirm you understand the program lasts for your current lease term.
- Choose whether you want to pay your rent in one payment or split it into multiple payments. If you split it, choose two or three payments.
- Select the due date (or due dates) you want.
- Confirm that you are agreeing on behalf of everyone on your lease, sign the form, and click Submit.
- You'll see a confirmation message once your submission has been received. Your new payment schedule starts with next month's rent.
