Making Cash Payments for Rent

The cash payment system available in your Resident Portal allows you to make payments using cash at tens of thousands of locations all over the country, many of them close to your own rental house. For example, most Wal-MartWalgreents, and 7-Eleven locations participate in the cash pay system.Here's how it works:

  • Login to your Resident Portal and go to the "Make a Payment" menu at the left of the screen.
  • Select 'Cash Payment."
  • On the page that comes up, select "Pay With Cash."
  • This will bring up the screen where you can either print off the payment instructions or have them sent to your phone by email or text.
  • The system will then generate a payment coupon that you can take to Wal-Mart, 7-Eleven, or whatever other cash pay location you want to use (you can search for all locations from your Portal).
  • Take the payment coupon to the location and give it to the person who handles the payments, usually at the customer service counter in the store of choice. They will charge you a small fee of approximately $4.99 for processing the payment, and take your rent payment by scanning the barcode or entering the code in their system.
  • That's it! The cash pay system will automatically credit the payment towards your resident Ledger, which will be deposited into our account.
