Find out if You're Eligible for Rent Protection

With the exception of clients who are signed up for our Bronze Package with no monthly management fee, all other clients are enrolled in our Owner Benefits Package, which provides two (2) months of rent protection in case your tenant has to be evicted or skips out on their lease. Clients who are enrolled in our Gold Package also receive an additional two (2) months of rent protection on top of that.

Keep in mind that because the Owner Benefits Package is an insurance product backed by a partner insurance agency, the insurance company won’t pay out a claim until after the tenant has vacated the property and they can determine the total amount of lost rent. Once the tenant has moved out, if there was any lost rent after applying the security deposit, we will file a claim on your behalf to get the insurance company to pay out that rent protection coverage. It generally takes about 4-6 weeks after the tenant vacates for this to be processed and for us to receive a check from the insurer, so please be patient.
