We activate access to the Owner Portal when we set up an owner's account, but sometimes they need the access reset because they forgot their password.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to the owner's portfolio in Propertyware.
- Under the Owner contacts on the portfolio, click the owner's name who needs their access reset. This will bring up their contact record.
- Scroll to the bottom and click the "Portal" tab.
- Click the "Reset Password" button. This will email the owner a link to reset their password and get access to the portal again.
