How do I find out if we have a resident's Social Security Number (SSN) and Date of Birth (DOB)?

Finding whether we have a resident's date of birth is easy! Here are some simple steps, and a video below will walk you through it:

1. Go to the building/unit in Propertyware.
2. Select "View Lease" about halfway down the page.
3. Click the "Summary" tab on the lease.
4. Scroll down to the "Contacts" section and click the resident's name to bring up their contact page.
5. Scroll down to the bottom and select the "Application" tab. If we have them, a SSN and DOB will be listed at the top of the application.
   1. Note: Depending on your account access, there may be Xs on some of the numbers in these fields if you don't have admin access to see the full numbers, but if you see that, we do have their information on file.
