You will need to complete the following steps:

1. Correct the charges on the ledger:
   1. Remove any payment applications to the incorrect charges on the resident's ledger.
   2. Edit the incorrect charge amounts on the resident's ledger.
   3. Delete the late fee if it is was incorrect.
   4. Apply any prepayment amount to the charges.
2. Edit the lease to correct the autocharges going forward:
   1. Edit the incorrect autocharge and put an end date of today.
   2. Add a new autocharge starting next month for the correct amount.
   3. Save the lease changes.
