When is the rent due?

Rent is always due on the 1^st of the month, and late if not paid by the 2^nd of the month. Most leases will have a late fee of 10% of the rent amount if rent is not paid by the 2^nd. We strongly encourage you to sign up for recurring automated payments in your Resident Portal so you can make sure that the rent is always paid on time. We are not able to waive late fees if you are late on your rent except in some very unusual circumstances, so making sure to pay your rent on time is very important.
