What do we do when we receive mail for the landlord?

We always advise our landlord clients to make sure that they have mail forwarding setup, but sometimes they forget, or mail just slips through the cracks and the post office and still gets delivered to you at the rental home.


When this happens, please let us know by sending us an email to support@RevolutionRM.com so that we can remind the landlord to make sure they have their mail forwarding setup and then mark “not at this address - return to sender” on the mail and drop it back in the mailbox to be picked up again. Usually, landlords are out of the state, and it is impossible for them to come to pick it up from us, so there isn’t any use in bringing it to our office or us picking it up. Returning to the sender is the best option.
