How do I submit notice to not renew my lease?

If you intend to move out at the end of your lease rather than renewing it, then your lease likely requires you to give us two (2) full calendar months’ notice of non-renewal. For example, if you lease expires on December 31st, you would be required to give us notice no later than October 31st.

To give official notice, we will not accept a phone call or an email. You must submit the notice through your Resident Portal, which has an option for giving notice. When you submit through your Portal, we receive a notification to let us know of the non-renewal, and it triggers a process for us to prepare for your move-out. We will contact you approximately 30 days prior to lease end to schedule the move-out inspection and provide you with information on how the move-out process will work.
