How do I add another tenant to my lease?

All adult occupants of the property must be listed on the lease. In order to add someone who wasn't on the original lease, you need to follow several steps:

1. The new potential tenants have to fill out a tenant application HERE.
2. Our screening team will complete a credit and background check on the applicants and determine if they meet our qualification criteria. If so, we will let you know by email.
3. After getting an approval email, fill out a Request to Add Another Tenant to Lease Form. 
4. We will write a new lease and send it to everyone on the lease for signature by email. There is a $250.00 Lease Amendment Administrative Fee that you will have to pay with the next month's rent.
