How do I get a new copy of my 1099?

Every January, Revolution sends out 1099s to all clients for income received the prior year. This is required by the IRS. These are prepared and mailed out via old-fashioned mail by an outside accounting firm that audits our books every month. Generally, these are mailed by around the 3rd week of January, but it could be as late as January 31st, so you may not receive yours in the mail until around the 10th of February.

If you can't find your 1099 that was sent, or you need one from a prior year, we are happy to get another copy sent to you. Please submit this form to request a new copy, and we will get that processed ASAP. If you want a copy sent by email, there is no charge, but if you need a physical copy mailed, we do have to charge a $25 postage and handling fee.
