You may have noticed that our company has been growing rapidly over the last few years. Two years ago, we managed just 60 houses. Today, that number has grown to well over 200. In addition to adding houses under management, we have also added a new office, new office staff, new listing agents, and new maintenance contractors. We've expanded our overall operation as necessary in order to ensure that our clients continue to receive the excellent service that they've come to expect from us, whether we're managing 100 houses or 1,000 houses. As we grow, you can be assured that the quality of our product will never decline.

How have we managed to grow so rapidly? While there's certainly something to be said for the rental market contributing to our growth, it's also true that other property management companies haven't seen the kind of growth that we have. We believe there's a very simple reason why: no one else offers the kind of service to their clients that we do. While our competition tries to nickel and dime their clients, while not answering their phone calls or emails, we have a simple fee structure without any hidden costs, and we always answer your questions, even going so far as to keep our office open 7 days a week to service you better. This commitment to serving our clients has resulted in an owner loss rate of virtually zero. We continually get calls from owners who are dissatisfied with their current management company and want to change to us. And after they join us, they never leave, even though we allow any owner to get out of their management agreement penalty-free with just 60 days' notice. We think that speaks for itself.
