Tenant Qualifications and Rental Expectations
We love placing great tenants in our great Daytona Beach rental homes. To qualify for one of our rental properties, you must meet the following criteria:
- Verified income of at least 2 times the monthly rent
- No evictions or money owed to any prior landlords
- Criminal background check with no record of violent felony convictions in the prior 7 years
- Tenant credit score of at least 500
We also check the sexual predator list and the terrorist watch list, and we will not rent to anyone on those lists.
You can count on them to respond to whatever your need is, they will quickly work at resolving it. That is very important.
