Many individual landlords have one major fear of renting their property: what if the tenant doesn’t pay the rent! We understand why owners who have mortgages to pay are concerned, so we developed the Rent Collection Guarantee Program (RCGP). The RCGP takes all of the worries out of renting your property.
For a reasonable monthly fee (usually just $25/mo), we will provide you an absolute guarantee that you will be sent your money no later than the 11th of the month. How can we guarantee this? Because if the tenant doesn’t pay you, we will! Out of our own pockets. We will send you up to four months of rent out of our own pockets if the tenant isn’t paying, which is plenty of time to get the tenant evicted and find a new tenant to place in the property, ensuring that you have no break in income to pay your mortgage on the property.
